Fourth day of our 2 week stay-cation I watched Confessions of a shop-a-holic. Then I went to a stake volley ball barbecue. It lasted 6 hours, but I didn't stay for all of it. It was really fun. Afterwords my friends mom took us home, and we listened to Glee CDs in the car.
Day 5 was really fun. I went to Pat's Dancewear and got new tights. I was going to get a new leo but I couldn't decide. So we're going to come back and try the one that they were ordering. Then we went to Nana Ruby's house to visit her. We had Little Cesar's pizza. We sang the song Ruby, Ari and I sang in sacrament meeting for her, and she gave us a box of orange sticks and showed us pictures of her ancestors and told us stories about them. Then I went home and my dad took Ruby and I to Gateway for shopping and dinner. I bought some earrings for the dress I'm wearing in the pageant. We went to Thaifoon for dinner, and I got Orange Peel chicken. It was really good. Ruby got Sizzling Salmon, and it really was sizzling! You could hear it sizzling when they brought it out. I even tried some! I hate seafood, but Ruby got me to try a little salmon. It wasn't that bad, but it still isn't my favorite. So the vacation is going great! I LOVE summer!
