Tolly had his first birthday on July 17th! We celebrated with the Dopp's a little early, and had cake and ice cream and Tolly got his very own cake from Grandma. We then went to Taste of India on his official birthday with the whole family, except Free who was at another Birthday party. The food was so good, I love that restaurant. Xanthe said at the restaurant, Now lets go home and get ready for Tolly's party! My mom said This is the party! She was pretty disappointed. He really could have a party. I said that Isaac, Kate, Landon, Kiptyn and Camden could come. My dad said But Camden is at college! Camden is always a step ahead of Tolly so he teases that now he is off to college. :) So then on the 18th we had a cake I made with a lambie on it with the Kings. It is tradition to have a lambie cake on our 1st birthday cake and since my mom gave away the lamb tin I just had to ice a lambie on a cake. He had a great 1st birthday, but I can't believe he is 1! He is still pretty little, but I never want him to grow up!
