A haircut

I wanted to cut my hair for the summer and to "down-size" my bun for the recital. I didn't really plan on chopping off this much, but I really like it! The hair person said that the 8 inches I was cutting of was enough for Locks of Love. I told her I wanted to but thought it wasn't long enough and it had to be 10 inches. She said it did but it could be used for wigs for older people or they could sell it. I like it a lot, but it might take a little getting used to. What do you think?
