This was so much fun to do! I love being at rehearsal and making friends or practicing a scene. I love being in the wings waiting to go on, excited to show what you have been working and becoming a new person, sharing your talents and being onstage! I don't know why I love it so much, well I do know why I love it so much, it's just hard to explain! :) When you're onstage you can forget about all your worries and become a new person, while at the same time being you. I made so many new friends and I loved being an Indian Dancer and Jane. Stewart's Gift Shop gave all the cast members a little gift for representing Kaysville. They've been in business for 50 years and this summer they are closing! :( The director spent 2 hours looking for the perfect thing for each part. Indians got a cute woven bracelet with little colorful beads, mine is dark brown. It's my new good luck charm and I love it! I was so sad when it ended, but I know there will always be another play. (Maybe one not so close to recital next time though!) I didn't get a picture in my Jane costume! Sorry this is so late, our computer broke.
