Last Band Concert

 Eighth grade has been a fun year for me. Although at times I got overwhelmed and stressed with homework and activities, I really loved it. Alyssa and Sara are a big part of why I loved this year. My favorite subject at school is Band. Sara and Alyssa and Abby have been in band with me since last year, and they are one year older than me. Last year I was the only 7th grader to be in Symphonic Band and they were so nice and made me feel welcome. I know at times I could probably be an annoying "sevie" and they were patient and taught me so much about being positive, working on Personal Progress, music and much more. She is so funny and I love being around her. They would listen to me and try to help me as much as they could, and that meant a lot to me. I'm going to miss them so much next year when they're in high school and I'm in 9th grade. I can't believe they'll be in 10th grade!! At Falcon Finale Sara, Alyssa and I got awards for Outstanding student in that subject. Sara got science, Alyssa got Art and I got Peer Tutoring. (The teacher made a mistake and thought I was in 9th grade, because the awards were for 9th graders!) Sara also was a nominee for Best Falcon out of the whole school. And Alyssa has been working for that award the whole year! Great job guys! Thanks so much for being amazing friends Alyssa, Sara and Abby!
