Today I was looking at some Gingham dolls at Michell's store, gingham world because I'd like one for my birthday. It got me in the mood to sew something. I knew I couldn't sew a whole doll so I decided I would make a dress for my bear, Marie. I got my favorite fabric and my bear and the sewing machine. Then I went to Coco's to get more thread. As soon as I tried the second step of the dress I broke the sewing machine and messed up the dress. I fixed it by cutting the messed up part of the bottom completely and my mom told me to go to Coco's and have her fix it. I went over there again and she said she would love to help me. We sewed it by hand which worked much better. She did way better than I would have because she did it right. She let me do most of it, but she helped a lot. We even liked doing it so much we make the dress a pocket. It is really cute, I love it. Thanks Coco!

Oh, that makes me so happy that my dolls made you want to sew! I used to do all my sewing by hand when I was your age. You can sometimes control things better that way, and sewing machines can be frustrating. Your bear looks adorable, great job!
Oh, and you know I do take requests on the dolls-favorite colors and such!
